19FW ADDRESS SEASON CONCEPT

2019년 한 해 동안 우리는 남성복의 현주소로 한발자국 더 다가가고자 하였다.
SS19 시즌에 현대 사회에서 주소를 찾아가는 사람, ‘택배 배달원’을 주제로 택하였다면,
이번 FW19 시즌은 그들이 배달하는 ‘소포의 여정’을 다루었다. 소중한 물건이 파손되지
않게 하기 위하여 몇 겹으로 포장하는 개념을 겹겹이 레이어 한 실루엣과 테이프 프레스
기법으로 해석하였다. 또한 그 소포가 운송되는 트레일러에서 영감받아 볼트/너트 느낌의
부자재를 활용한 디자인과 운송 수단을 모티브로 한 그래픽을 제시하였다.

For the year of 2019, we tried to get one step closer to the current address of menswear. While Spring/Summer season was inspired by people who find address
in their everyday life, delivery men, we focused on parcels that they carry for our
Fall/Winter season concept. The way that parcels get wrapped multiple times
to secure what’s inside has been interpreted as multi-layered silhouettes and
pressed tape technique. In addition, the trailer that carries the parcels inspired us
to use bolt and nut shaped buttons and images of transportation vehicles.

2019年一年間私たちは男性服にもう一歩近づこうとした。 SS19シーズンに現代社会
で住所を探していく人、「宅配配達人」を主題と選んだが、今回のFW19シーズンは彼
らが配達する 「小包の旅程」を主題とした。大切な物が破損されないように多重で
包装する概念を幾重にもレイヤーしたシルエットとテーププレス技法で解釈した。
また、その小包が運送されるトレーラーから霊感を受け、ボルト/ナット感じの副資
材を活用したデザインと運送手段をモチーフとしたグラフィックを提示した。
